Special Hydraulic & Manual Fixtures

Fixturing is designed and built to your part requirements. Features include hydraulic manifold construction, strategic system bleeders, automatic locating and clamping sequence with capacity up to sixteen or more parts. Internal backup pressure is sustained for 24 hours.

Special manual and hydraulic fixtures hold parts that are large or have unusual configurations or are difficult to machine. Royal will provide modularity and interchangeability, where feasible, to provide the lowest cost solution.

Horizontal Indexing Trunnion

Royal mounted fixtures can be mounted on each of the four sides allowing machining access to three sides of the work piece.
Trunnions may be manually or automatically indexed by machine control. Hydraulic clamping can be built into the workholding system. Virtually all types of vertical machining centers can accommodate Royal indexing trunnions.
