During machine spindle rotation, the new solid latch mechanism provides fast, accutate indexing which reduces transient imbalances, increases the life of spindle bearings and reduces machining cycle time.

Royal Workholding 803 Series Automatic Index Chucks are manufactured in the USA and operated by a duplex hydraulic cylinder using a conventional draw tube and bar with independent operated clamping and index positions. The series is available in sizes from 8 thru 24 inch diameter.
