Berlin CT - Royal Workholding has introduced a unique 12" diameter, Double Collet Chuck custom designed and built to grip the flanged ends of 1/2" through 2" investment cast valve bodies.

Designed and built in USA, Royal's 12" Diameter Double Collet Chuck is easily adapted to lathes requiring a single draw bar or draw tube operation. Primarily designed to hold working parts having the same or different locating diameters several inches apart, the new Double Collet Chuck's draw-back feature provides positive end location.

The new Double Collet Chuck is available as a custom designed unit in different sizes to meet specific requirements and is made of carborized and hardened high alloy steel.
