Royal Self-Centering Automatic Index Chucks
Royal's 803 Self-Centering Automatic Index Chucks are operated by a duplex cylinder that uses a conventional draw tube and draw bar with independently operated clamping and indexing pistons. The camp/un-clamp piston as well as the index piston is hydraulically operated assuring maximum clamping force as well as quick indexing and positive index position locking.

Part Size/Chuck Capacity

Part size limits are described in terms of the largest rectangular solid that can be indexed 360 degrees within the chuck.
Any work part included within this envelope can be gripped and indexed. No Consideration is provided for possible tool interference
