Royal's 802 Series High Speed Automatic Index Chucks are hydraulically operated utilizing a four port union and four feed tubes to supply the independently operated clamping and indexing pistons. The clamp/un-clamp position as well as the index piston is hydraulically operated assuring maximum clamping force as well as quick indexing and positive position locking.

Part Size/Chuck Capacity

Part size limits are described in terms of the largest rectangular solid that can be indexed 360 degrees within the chuck.
Any workpart included within this envelope can be gripped and indexed. No Consideration is provided for possible tool interference
