Thus reducing downtime to a minimum of at least 60%…not including the costs incurred to ship the fixture out for repairs. The manufacturing process is simplified and costs are greatly reduced.”

Originally, Royal Machine QVC Models were developed as a Quad Vertical Chucking Fixture to accept Goss & De-Leeuw Top Jaws and the jaw adjustment design was a split jaw arrangement. In addition to their now being available on the QVC500 the newly patented American Standard Screw Bushing Design had been previously incorporated into the QVC400 Fixture.
