Customized Fixture Plates can be designed and manufactured up to 80″ x 90″ with Royal’s recently purchased Vertical Machining Center with its 90 degree spindle head to perform side work.

In making the announcement, Bernie McAloon, Sales Manager, stated, “Many customers request Fixture Plates to accommodate tooling clearance by placing the part higher above the machine table. Also, a Fixture Plate may provide quick changeover from one fixture to another. In addition, a Fixture Plate may be used to provide a common mounting for various fixtures on various machines…thus, reducing change-over time and providing commonality to all machines in their facility.”

Table Fixture allows various fixtures to be easily interchanged on a common plate.
