Berlin, CT – Royal Machine’s over 35,000 square feet Berlin, CT manufacturing and office facilities convert for a day to another type production…the production and filming by the “World’s Greatest!…” Television Series for a segment on the design and building of workholding products.

Royal Machine & Tool Corporation’s over 35,000 square foot manufacturing and office facilities featured on the “World’s Greatest!...” Television Series reaching over 75 million potential targeted households.

In making the announcement, Guy Byrne, Senior Vice President /General Manager, stated, “Tuesday March 5th was certainly a different and exciting day for all of us at Royal Machine…a day we all had been waiting for since mid November when we were informed of our being selected as one of the “World’s Greatest!…” in the design and building of workholding products for their nationwide 13 part television series.”

“That was the day the production crew was coming to film our manufacturing facilities and workholding equipment…and we were ready for their early arrival. Having selected locations and state-of-the-art equipment that best illustrated our workholding skills and capabilities. Our family of employees was eager to showcase their skills and our products. The results were perfect and we look forward to the over 75 million potential television households in May who will see and hear about our products.”

The new 2013 “World’s Greatest!…” Series will mark its 6th successful year…other manufacturing industries previously featured on the “World’s Greatest!…” Program include electronics, flow control valves, construction equipment, logistics and transportation.

At the conclusion of the day’s filming, Royal Machine President, Richard Ruscio, stated, “Having recently celebrated our 60th anniversary we were honored to be considered and then selected to represent the workholding industry in the “World’s Greatest!…” nationwide television series. Being selected reaffirms our major commitment in continually providing the necessary quality products and manufacturing services required to meet our customers’ workholding needs.”
