Royal Machine 2/3 Jaw Chucks Allow Large Irregular & Round Shaped Parts To Be Processed On A Common Machine Tool Without Changeover
Berlin, CT – Production output is greatly increased with 2/3 Jaw Chucks by allowing a variety of different parts to be processed on a common machine tool.

Royal Machine 2/3 Jaw Chucks with Acme Serrated Master Jaws increase production output by allowing large irregular shaped, as well as round shaped parts, to be processed on a common machine tool.
An additional option to enhance Royal Machine 2/3 Jaw Chucks versatility is to have adjustable master jaws which allow better gripping control over odd shaped work pieces.
In making the announcement, Guy Byrne, Senior Vice President/General Manager, stated, ”As competitive demands increase, manufacturers are continually looking for ways to increase production via reducing changeover time from one production run to another. For example, there may be a job where perfectly round parts need be gripped in a standard 3-Jaw Chuck and the next job involves rectangular pieces where there are only two surfaces to grip.”
“The ideal solution is a 2-Jaw centralizing mode which is now possible with our Royal Machine 2/3 Jaw Chuck. Aside from its basic function, the chuck is also produced with Independent adjustable jaws using Royal’s patent pending cartridge design.”
